In this case, your employer is not paying you for the time necessary to get the job done properly. Obviously it is your work ethic and devotion to your clients driving you to work without pay.

I bet your healthcare corporation and employer both know it on some level and they don’t care. You’re working without pay and they advocate for you doing that!

And what is one of the most profitable industries on the planet? Health Care. They make the money, they just aren't paying you because they know you will take care of their business.
