Being impeccable with your word means not speaking against yourself.

What? I thought it meant speaking the truth!

The easiest way to master becoming impeccable with your word is pay attention to what you are saying…about yourself.

Are you honoring yourself or degrading yourself?

Are you making excuses? Finding fault with yourself?

Does the way you speak your truth honors others?

So, how do you get into the habit of speaking with integrity?

By doing things you love.

Whaaaaat?

When you fill your own cup first, it’s easier to say no. Especially when you sense manipulation at play. Or you just don’t resonate with the discussion or the inappropriate request. It’s easier to be honest.

Participating in activities you love in your life is almost impossible if you value others’ opinions over your own.

Through the word you express your creative power. It is through the word that you manifest everything.
